This site is operated by 27 Creative Studio LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Lakeland, Florida. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using this website. Contact is info@27creative.studio.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What these terms cover, and what they do not
They cover this website, everything published on it, and the trade publication distributed through it.
They do not cover our products. Nothing on this website grants any right to use, install, copy, or evaluate CADE AIS or any other 27 Creative Studio system. Nothing here is a licence, a quotation, an offer, or an agreement to supply anything.
You cannot buy anything from this site. There is no ordering function, no payment function, and no account. If you go on to acquire one of our products, that is done under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement governs it entirely. Where that agreement and this page ever appear to conflict, the signed agreement wins.
Using this site
You may read this site, link to it, and share it. In using it you agree not to:
- interfere with the site, its availability, or anyone else's use of it;
- attempt to gain access to any part of it that is not published;
- use any automated system to harvest it at a rate or scale that burdens the server;
- misrepresent your relationship with us, or imply endorsement, partnership, or customer status that does not exist;
- use the site or anything on it to develop a competing product, or to reproduce our diagrams, structure, or methodology as your own.
What is published here, and what you may do with it
Everything on this site is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other rights. That includes the text, the design, the diagrams, the brand marks, and the trade publication.
You may read it, print a copy for your own reference, and quote a short extract with clear attribution to 27 Creative Studio and a link back to the source page.
You may not republish it in whole or in substantial part, sell it, put it behind your own paywall, present it as your own work, remove our attribution, or create a derivative version of it.
You may not use this site or its contents as training data, as an input to a machine-learning corpus, or for automated extraction into any dataset or model, whether commercial or not, without our written permission. This is not a general permission that we have simply forgotten to grant.
The trade publication
Our trade publication is published free to read. Free to read is not free to redistribute. The same terms above apply to it: read it, quote it briefly with attribution, link to it. Do not repost it, mirror it, extract its figures and diagrams into your own material, or circulate it as your own.
Brand names and marks
Our names, product names, and marks are ours. Nothing on this site grants any right to use them. Third-party names and marks mentioned on this site belong to their owners, and mentioning them is neither affiliation nor endorsement in either direction.
