Kitchen: Counters wiped, sink cleaned, appliance exteriors, floor swept & mopped, trash removed

Bathrooms: Toilet cleaned (bowl, seat, base), sink/vanity, mirror, tub/shower, floor mopped

Living Areas: Dust all surfaces, vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, empty trash bins

Bedrooms: Dust surfaces, vacuum/mop floors, make beds if requested, empty trash

All Rooms: Light switches cleaned, door handles wiped, baseboards dusted

BUB'S CLEANING SERVICE is committed to environmentally responsible cleaning. ONLY eco-friendly, non-toxic products are permitted.

IMPORTANT: All cleaning products must be EPA Safer Choice certified, Green Seal certified, or equivalent eco-friendly standard. Products containing harsh chemicals, bleach, ammonia, or toxic ingredients are PROHIBITED.

  • Add-ons are pre-approved by the client and will be listed in your job assignment
  • Your compensation for add-ons is included in the total job pay shown in the contractor portal
  • Do not offer or perform add-ons not listed in the job โ€” all add-ons must go through the company
  • Document completed add-on work with before/after photos just like standard cleaning
  • If a client requests an add-on on-site, direct them to contact the company to add it to the job

Video recording inside client homes is STRICTLY PROHIBITED without explicit written consent.

  • No security cameras, body cameras, or recording devices
  • No live streaming or video calls while in client property
  • Phone video features must remain OFF during service
  • Violation will result in immediate termination and legal action
