Residential & Commercial

This Cleaning Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and between:

[Your Business Name] ("Company") and [Client Name] ("Client").

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Company agrees to arrange professional residential and/or commercial cleaning services for Client. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• General cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping)
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Trash removal
• Specialty or add-on services as agreed

Specific services, frequency, and scope will be outlined in the booking confirmation or service schedule.

2. SERVICE PROVIDERS

Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Cleaning services are performed by independent cleaning professionals contracted by Company
• Company manages scheduling, quality standards, and client communication
• Cleaners are not employees of the Client
• Company remains responsible for service coordination and client satisfaction under this Agreement

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

• Pricing is based on service type, size of property, condition, and add-on services
• Payment is due [before service / upon completion / per invoice terms]
• Accepted payment methods: [cash, card, Zelle, ACH, etc.]

Add-On Services: Additional services not included in standard cleaning (e.g., oven, fridge, heavy pet hair, deep cleaning) may incur extra charges and must be approved by Client in advance.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee

5. ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Client agrees to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time
• Secure pets during service
• Notify Company of any special instructions, alarms, or access codes

Company is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to lack of access.

6. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If Client is not satisfied with the service:

• Client must notify Company within 24 hours of service completion
• Company will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional charge
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at Company's discretion

7. DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Company takes reasonable care during cleaning services. Client agrees that:

• Normal wear and tear is not considered damage
• Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly installed items, or fragile items not disclosed in advance
• Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service

8. SAFETY & HEALTH

Client agrees to provide a safe working environment. Company reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal cleaning conditions.

9. CLIENT NON-SOLICITATION

Client agrees not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any cleaner introduced by Company for private services outside of Company for 12 months following the last service date.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Company agrees to maintain confidentiality of Client information. Client information will not be shared except as required to perform services or by law.

11. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.

1. SERVICES

Contractor agrees to independently provide residential and/or commercial cleaning services to Company clients on a job-by-job basis.

2. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS

Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee. Contractor controls the manner, means, methods, and schedule of performing services and may accept or decline assignments.

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture.

3. COMPENSATION

Contractor shall be paid per completed job bundle as follows:

• 1 residence: $125–$150
• 2 residences: $180–$225
• 3 residences: $250–$300+
• Specialty services and add-ons as agreed per assignment

Payment will be made same day or next business day after service completion, subject to completed documentation and client satisfaction confirmation.

Contractor is solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

4. SCHEDULING

Company may provide service windows or deadlines. Contractor determines work hours and order of service.

5. TOOLS & SUPPLIES

Contractor provides all tools, supplies, equipment, and transportation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. QUALITY OF WORK

Contractor agrees to perform services in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and client expectations.

7. INSURANCE

Contractor shall maintain general liability insurance and provide proof upon request.

8. NON-SOLICITATION

Contractor shall not solicit or accept work directly from Company clients during the term of this Agreement and for 12 months following termination.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

Contractor agrees to keep all Company and client information confidential.

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days' written notice.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
