The Anilox Rolls Inventory System is a purpose-built manufacturing operations platform developed as part of a broader initiative in Flexographic Technological Advancement and Connected Workers Systems. It bridges traditional press floor operations with modern data infrastructure — enabling real-time tracking, predictive maintenance, and AI-ready data collection for flexographic printing facilities.

All operational data contained within this system — including anilox roll specifications, process parameters, ink formulations, vendor information, and research data — is confidential and proprietary. Users must not disclose, share, or distribute system data to unauthorized parties.

AI & DATA RESEARCH DISCLOSURE
This system collects structured operational data as part of a Flexographic Technological Advancement initiative. Data entered by operators — including process parameters, cell geometry, ink performance metrics, and quality observations — may be used for AI model training, predictive maintenance development, and industry research purposes in accordance with facility data governance policies. No personally identifiable information beyond operator role identifiers is stored in research datasets.
