Smart Pantone-integrated ink formulation software designed for flexographic press operators — calibrated to your specific anilox LPI and BCM to reduce waste and hit color targets first time.
Official Pantone color libraries. Anilox-aware formula modification. Real-time deposit calculations. Built by a press operator who got tired of guessing.
CORE FEATURES
Full access to official Pantone Matching System (PMS) color databases. Search, browse, and select target colors directly from the Pantone library with accurate CIE Lab and CMYK reference values.
Input your specific anilox line screen (LPI) and cell volume (BCM) to calibrate formula targets. The system adjusts ink density recommendations to match actual deposit capacity — not generic lab values.
Calculate exact ink volumes required per job based on substrate, coverage area, and anilox spec. Track formulation accuracy over time and identify where ink spend can be reduced without sacrificing delta E targets.
Build custom ink formulations using base ink components from your inventory. Visual mix ratios with real-time color preview. Save, name, and version formulas for repeat jobs and press consistency.
Every formula, modification, and mix event is logged with timestamps, operator ID, and anilox reference. Full traceability for quality control, waste audits, and press certification documentation.
Fully offline-capable — no internet required on the press floor. Packaged as a standalone desktop application (Electron/HTA) for Windows deployment without IT dependencies. Your data stays local.
HOW IT WORKS
Search the Pantone library or enter a PMS number. The system retrieves official formula data and spectrophotometric targets.
Input your anilox LPI and BCM. R.Spectrum adjusts base formula density to match your press's actual ink deposit volume.
Select base inks from inventory. The system calculates exact blend ratios and gives you a visual color preview before mixing.
Confirm the formula, log the mix event with operator info and timestamp. Data feeds back into waste tracking and audit reports.
